On the other hand, if you&#8217;re willing to spend a bit more, there are many excellent&nbsp;<strong>hotels in other parts of the City<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think staying in the city center is best so you can walk to most attractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, suppose you&#8217;re interested in visiting some of Kyoto&#8217;s outlying areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In that case, staying in a remote location might be better, which will probably be cheaper and give you a better chance of finding transportation on the day you want to visit those attractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"where-should-i-eat-in-kyoto\">Where should I eat in Kyoto?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many restaurants serve traditional Kyoto cuisine (e.g., kaiseki).
